About The Position

Saskatoon Co-op is seeking a Gas Bar Clerk to join their team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers on the pump island, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the location, and operating the till system. The clerk will also be responsible for daily reconciliations and reports, ordering, receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise. Additionally, the position involves adhering to Saskatoon Co-op policies and procedures, and under the direction of the Station Manager, supervising and training staff. Opening and closing procedures are also part of the responsibilities, along with other assigned duties.

Requirements

Strongly service oriented and capable of assisting and selling to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum of supervision.
Knowledge and experience in the merchandise handled by the department in order to operate efficiently and effectively in the department.
Applicant must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Be familiar with and adhere to all Saskatoon Co-op Policies and Procedures.
Under the direction of the Station Manager, supervise and train staff in the general operation of the location.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
