About The Position

Our Innisfail Gas Bar is seeking part-time Gas Bar Attendants to join their dynamic team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires availability on weekdays and weekends, covering mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with a work schedule of 24-36 hours per week. Benefit eligibility begins after 3 months of employment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels
• Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently
• Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Dispense fuel and propane with precision – applicable locations
• Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
