Requirements

Must be capable of lifting up to 20kg.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in providing excellent customer service.
Manual dexterity is required to use petroleum pumps, sales till and peripherals.
Must be willing to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, personalized service to all members and guests.
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience – in person and on the phone.
Provide full island service and assist with all inquiries.
Assist customers with requirements for oil, lube, and propane sales.
Process sales transactions.
Ensure proper merchandising and housekeeping standards within the department including adequate display, stock, and rotation of products.
Maintain a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
Complete general housekeeping duties, assist team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
