Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or garnishment processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to Commute: Oxford, MS 38655 (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Collections: 2 years (Preferred)
• garnishment processing: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review and process various types of garnishments.
• Ensure all garnishments are processed in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and external agencies regarding garnishment-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all garnishment orders and related communications.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to appropriate agencies.
