Requirements

Hands-on experience processing wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and bankruptcy notices, preferably within a payroll service provider environment
A strong knowledge of federal (CCPA), state, and local garnishment and wage withholding laws is preferred

Responsibilities

Manage payroll withholding requirements by reviewing court orders, wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders, and accurately entering them into our payroll systems.
Determine the correct withholding amounts.
Prepare necessary notices and response forms.
Communicate with courts, creditors, and employees as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Regularly audit garnishment setups to maintain accurate payroll processing.
