About The Position

Prepare medical scrubs for customer delivery by folding and tying garments, checking their accuracy, and helping maintain an orderly production line. The role works the first shift, scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; currently, employees are working until 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. The first-day start time is 6:00 a.m. Interviews are not required.

Requirements

• Be able to stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Be able to push and pull linen carts weighing up to 800 pounds on wheels.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to operate a computer and printer.
• Be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Fold medical scrubs neatly and consistently.
• Pair and tie garments into bundles as required.
• Check garments for correct sorting and identify items that are damaged or misplaced.
• Keep completed garments organized for the next stage of processing or delivery.
• Maintain accuracy and steady production throughout the shift.
• Work with other production employees to meet daily output and quality standards.
