About The Position

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Garage Support Fueler in Shelbyville, IN. This role provides essential support to the service shop by handling vehicle fueling, maintaining shop cleanliness, and managing parts pick-up and delivery. The position involves working outdoors with canopy coverage, exposed to the elements.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years in an automotive repair environment within a supportive role
Must have a valid Driver's License- Class C
Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Proficient computer skills

Nice To Haves

Mechanical Aptitude preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Fuel Fleet vehicles
Perform pre/post trip inspections
Replenishes vehicle with fuel, grease, fluids (oil, water, windshield cleaner), and air (tires) as needed
Completes daily fueling logs
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required
