Requirements
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English clearly.
Nice To Haves
- General facility maintenance experience is preferred.
- Parking industry experience is a major plus- but not required
Responsibilities
- Keep it pristine. Sweep, wipe down surfaces and equipment, empty trash, manage upkeep, and handle painting to keep the garage looking spotless daily.
- Be the eyes and ears. Monitor the parking facility continuously and notify management immediately of any maintenance or safety issues.
- Deliver exceptional service. Promote great customer relations by greeting drivers, handling basic inquiries, and assisting anyone who needs a hand with a can-do attitude.
- Keep it safe. Identify and neutralize potential safety hazards instantly, making sure the location is secure for everyone on foot and behind the wheel.
