About The Position
This role provides a safe and reliable fleet by assisting with maintenance. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. The starting pay is $22.50/hr (DOE).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read and write legibly (e.g., to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, and enter information on reports if needed); basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous mechanical experience
- Valid Class A CDL license and DOT certification
- Mechanical knowledge and comfortable with hands-on work
Responsibilities
- Wash trucks, parts room organization, and janitorial duties.
- Safely drive trucks/trailers throughout the lot.
- Assist shop technicians with repairs when required.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
