Join the Team That's Raising the Standard in Garage Door Service! Garage Door Service & Sales Technician. Earn $80,000–$120,000+ Per Year | Uncapped Commission. Minimum hourly earnings guarantee equivalent to $22/hour for compensable hours worked while you build your commissions. Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Sales experience preferred, with the ability to confidently educate customers and recommend the right products and services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and create a positive customer experience
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to maximize earnings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Garage door experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, automotive repair, appliance repair, or other mechanical trades.
- Mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and eager to learn

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
- Recommend products and services that best fit each customer's needs.

- Build trust with customers while delivering an outstanding service experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
