Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions when needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners, commercial & new builder clients to assess their garage door needs and recommend the best solutions
- Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations
- Recommend products and upgrades that improve safety, appearance, and functionality
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan
- Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
- Help contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
