About The Position

Guild Garage Group LLC is hiring a Garage Door Master Technician to install, repair, maintain, and inspect residential and commercial garage door systems. The role includes troubleshooting and programming garage door electronics, configuring motors, and providing customer service. Training and certifications are provided, including training to operate scissor lifts. The role offers a structured training period and opportunities for career growth and increased earnings after training. Training pay is $24–$26 per hour for 3–5 months; anticipated post-training earnings are $80,000–$100,000+ per year, based on performance and efficiency. Compensation may include commission, is not guaranteed, and is not a salary offer. Applicants must complete pre-employment background and drug screenings and a motor vehicle record check.

Requirements

• Mechanical inclination and 5+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields are preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and service-driven.
• Able to lift 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must undergo pre-employment background and drug screenings and a motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace custom garage door systems and components.
• Repair residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
