About The Position
We are seeking Experienced Installers in high volume markets to join the team. As an experienced installer, you will bring your knowledge to the best in the garage door industry. You already know a lot about garage doors, our team will train you on everything else (including customer experience and our systems), so you can thrive in your very own market. The Job: Pick up all doors and parts from warehouse Install new garage doors for residential customers Remove existing door and mechanical parts Replace worn or broken door parts using tools Assemble mechanical parts Install springs, sections, slats, and hardware Run wiring to connect equipment Lubricate and test mechanical parts for proper functioning Educate customers on upgraded parts and services and ensure satisfaction Document activities related to installations Dispose of uninstalled garage doors and parts if applicable
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year as an installer (preferably more)
- Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
- Physically able to lift 75lbs, and lift garage door panels above your head
- Able to stand on a ladder
- Expertise with power tools and hand tools
- Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
- Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use.
- Reading skills as well as basic math skills (measurements, payments) are required.
- 1+ years as experienced garage door installer required
- Professional appearance
- Current eligibility to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Pick up all doors and parts from warehouse
