About The Position

This role maintains the cleanliness of the fleet, garage, and facilities. This is a full-time permanent role, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 32-36 hours.

Requirements

• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work well within a tight knit team; in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and determination to succeed is essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Ability to use maintenance software to punch in and out of work orders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work both indoors and outdoors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving and backing up a tractor-trailer is an asset.
• Must take great pride in maintaining a clean workplace.
• Experience driving tandem trucks, highway tractor trailer combination, other equipment such as loaders, forklifts would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
• Commit to personal safety, the safety of others, and the safety of the environment. Commitment to ensuring safe working conditions and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
• Wash vehicles within the fleet as required.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the garage, wash bay, and washroom facilities.
• Record and perform undercoating of all tractors, trailers, and trucks.
• Any other duties that can reasonably be required.
