About The Position

US FOODS® is seeking Trailer Washers to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of tractors and trailers. Requirements

Must have a valid state driver’s license.
Ability to operate fleet equipment safely and efficiently.
Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday.
Ability to drive and operate fleet equipment, tractors, trailers, and service vehicles.
Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation activities on all fleet equipment.
Ability to assess trailer and tractor sanitation requirements.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be willing to work irregular schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English related to job and safety regulations.
Bending, stooping, and occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

Washing the exterior of tractors and the interior of trailers.
Moving equipment around the truck yard.
Checking oil, washing windows, checking tire pressures, and maintaining proper fluid levels in tractors and T-K units.
Reporting service issues to the maintenance shop.
Logging assigned jobs in and out of the ShopFax maintenance system.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations.
