Gaming Technician
About The Position
Miami Valley Gaming of Lebanon, OH is looking to hire a full-time Gaming Technician to help our Gaming Team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. If you are a dynamic, dependable, and guest-focused individual, we would be lucky to have you join our Gaming team in this position! As a full-time Gaming Technician, you are a valuable part of our Gaming team. You help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests entertained with properly functioning equipment. You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn't mind to jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed. You're happy that you're not stuck in a cubicle all day! You are conscientious about adhering to all service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards. While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that's inherent in a tight-knit Gaming team. You are happy to take advantage of our excellent on the job training and are considering advancing in a Gaming career. But whatever the future holds, for now, you enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a valid gaming license
- Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to handle basic math computation and handle large sums of money accurately
Nice To Haves
- One year of customer service experience in the Gaming industry preferred
