The position requires opening and closing table games, handling initial procedure violations by dealers (pending Shift Manager approval), and maintaining communication with surveillance and other casino departments. Additionally, the role involves settling disputes between dealers and customers, explaining game rules and betting terminology to customers, and completing accurate customer ratings. The supervisor may also need to fill in as a dealer when required and attend all scheduled meetings. Other duties as assigned.
