About The Position
WibitCs is partnering with a leading B2B gaming solution provider to recruit Mandarin-speaking Gaming Presenters for their vibrant studio in Toronto, Canada. Step in front of the camera, bring the energy, and become the face of live gaming for players around the world!
Requirements
- Native/fluent Mandarin (C1), oral and written + fluent English (C1)
- 1-2 years' previous experience in a service-related industry
- Must already be local to Toronto with the right to work and live in Canada
- Strong work ethic, open to learning new things
- Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude
- A strong sense of responsibility and drive to be the best
- Team player, adaptable to changing shifts and covering for colleagues
- An entertainer at heart
- Mature, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Responsibilities
- Host and deal a variety of casino games live on camera for real players, in a rotating shift environment
- Interact with players and deliver an engaging, rewarding experience
- Provide excellent service to clients at every touchpoint
- Maintain the highest professional standards at all times
