Under general direction from the Shift Supervisor, this role promotes a positive customer experience by providing accurate change for patrons, addressing questions or concerns about how Class II Gaming machines are played and the types of pay outs, and resolving tilts and jams in a prompt and courteous manner. The Gaming Machines Attendant will be responsible for watching, protecting, handling, using, or maintaining gaming cash, accessing gaming machines, recording in M.E.A.L. logs, and inventorying machine ticket paper, or hardware/software used in conjunction with the gaming systems. This role also involves greeting guests, providing accurate change, observing patron activity, responding to questions on machine functions and payouts, assisting guests with machine repairs, safeguarding company assets, attending staff meetings, completing jackpot payouts and ticket fills, assisting in cleaning and maintenance of gaming machine areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining confidentiality.
