About The Position

This role requires great communication skills for interacting with team leaders and coworkers. Attention to detail is very important as you will be inspecting every step of the filter-making process. You will ensure product is placed correctly on the box before placing the lid. The position involves both slow and fast-paced tasks, such as removing boxes with product from a tray and placing empty boxes on a band. It is a repetitive role requiring consistent hand movements. You must be open-minded as you may be asked to assist in different lines and departments.

Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull 50lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and be on your feet throughout the whole shift.
• Perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with team leaders and coworkers.

• Ensure product is placed correctly on the box.
• Place the lid on the box.
• Remove boxes with product from the tray.
