About The Position

Knighted Gaming is actively seeking entry-level Gaming Associates to join their team at local card rooms. This role is presented as a long-term position offering significant benefits and opportunities for career advancement. The primary duties of a Gaming Associate involve monitoring various casino card games, which includes verifying payouts, accurately calculating bonuses, and ensuring adherence to the rules of popular card games such as Ultimate Texas Holdem’ and Three-Card Poker. Beyond game regulation, associates are expected to provide excellent client and customer service. While not acting as dealers, they collaborate closely with them to foster and maintain a positive and professional gaming atmosphere for both guests and fellow coworkers. A key aspect of this opportunity is that no prior casino experience is necessary, as Knighted Gaming provides comprehensive, paid training covering gaming protocols, leadership skills, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Professionalism (ability to operate with integrity and handle every interaction with maturity and respect)
  • Customer service oriented (ability to maintain a positive and professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike)
  • Positive attitude and mindset (open to learning and taking on new challenges)
  • Comfortable with basic math (ability to add, subtract, and multiply without a calculator)
  • Dependable & flexible availability (available for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a thorough background and credit check
  • Team player
