About The Position

We are hiring a creative and data-driven Gamification & Rewards Consultant for one of our partners, who are looking for someone to design and run innovative loyalty and engagement programs that drive customer retention and lifetime value. This role blends game design principles with loyalty strategy and analytics to build rewarding customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints. This is a practical, hands-on role that gives you real experience in loyalty and rewards. You will need to enrol in the Certified Loyalty and Reward Specialist Course as part of the role requirements. Upon completion, you’ll receive a recognised certificate, qualifications, and practical skills you can use immediately. Train online at your own pace and take a clear step toward landing this role. Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics and experimentation.
  • Creative game-design thinking applied to customer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Design gamified loyalty programs, challenges, tiers, and reward structures that boost engagement.
  • Map customer journeys and identify moments to introduce game mechanics and incentives.
  • Build experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of gamification elements on retention and spend.
  • Create clear specs and partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to implement features.
  • Monitor program health via metrics (engagement, retention, redemption, ROI) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate program rules, reward catalogs, and operational workflows.
  • Train internal teams and create user-facing content to support program adoption.
