Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience (hospitality, retail, attractions, or fast-paced environments preferred)
  • 1+ year of leadership/management experience
  • Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead under pressure
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service (2 years) and sales experience (1 year) preferred

  • Experience in attractions, games, entertainment, or amusement a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate 50+ team members while creating a fun, supportive, high-performance culture.
  • Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and development to build confident, guest-focused teams.
  • Conduct regular staff touchpoints to support growth and individual goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strong daily operations and on-the-ground leadership.
  • Monitor merchandise levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and staffing planning.
  • Be a constant, visible presence on the games floor — supporting your team, interacting with guests, and ensuring a safe, clean, and exciting environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively with a positive, solution-focused approach.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a culture of safety, professionalism, and fun.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources to recruit and hire new team members.
  • Work hand-in-hand with park management to coordinate events and park-wide initiatives.
  • Identify operational needs (staffing, maintenance, signage, safety) and take swift action.
