About The Position
BEAT THE BOMB is seeking a Game Runner to create a one-of-a-kind experience for both customers and team members. This role requires adaptability, as Game Runners will work both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) roles, understanding all elements of the Beat The Bomb operation. The ideal candidate embodies Beat The Bomb's values, isn't afraid to get messy, excels with groups, has an interest in live experiences/digital gaming, loves people, is a team player, has a strong aptitude for technology, is solution-oriented, remains calm under pressure, is friendly, outgoing, inclusive, and is available to work weekends. Physical activity is involved, including handling paint buckets up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Create a one-of-a-kind experience for customers and team members.
- Work both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) roles.
- Ensure all game rooms are prepped, tested, and ready for gameplay.
- Assist Managers with customer check-in.
- Properly set up customers for the game in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer areas (game rooms, bathrooms, party rooms) are presentable and clean.
- Offer to capture moments with customers through pictures.
- Ask where else help is needed during downtime.
- Assist teams with suits, onboarding, and waivers.
- Start a team in the game if needed.
- Ensure Bomb Rooms are set up for the day and prior to each team's entry.
- Maintain a safe environment and facilitate a safe experience for customers and team members.
- Engage and have fun with customers.
- Assist Front of House team members with getting teams set up.
