About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts in Philadelphia. You’ll host live casino games on camera from a professional studio. Players join online. You host the game. We train you. No casino experience needed. If you’ve worked as a server, bartender, host, barista, cashier, receptionist, or in customer service, you may already have the skills for this. This is not another restaurant job. No food running. No cleaning tables. No chasing tips. No customers standing in your face. You’ll sit in a modern studio, host live games on camera, and bring good energy to online players. Think: Customer service + hosting + live studio energy. You don’t need to know casino games before applying. That’s what paid training is for.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Successfully complete pre-employment background checks
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays
Wear an assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
Service-minded with excellent communications skills and a positive attitude
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
Ability to work a full time schedule
Game Show Hosts: the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
