About The Position

Join Evolution as a Game Presenter! Are you service-oriented and seeking a unique career opportunity? At Evolution, your presentation skills and personality take center stage as you present our casino games live on-camera. If you've never dealt before, don't fret! We provide paid training from day one at our two-week Evolution Academy, covering Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and on-camera presentation skills. You will host and deal live casino games on camera, engage with online players in real time, and create a fun, professional experience. This is a unique, interactive job environment where you can build confidence and presentation skills in a fast-growing company with promotion opportunities and consistent scheduling.

Requirements

18+ years old
Able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera
Reliable and professional
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
