About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. This is not another customer service job. No headsets. No call queues. No registers to operate. No angry customers on hold. No scripts to read off a screen. No standing on a retail floor all day. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players around the world. Think: customer service skills + live hosting + studio environment. The communication skills you already have transfer directly here. The games? We teach you those.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license

• Retail, customer service, cashier, reception, or call center experience

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
