About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Game Day Staff to join our team at UTRGV. This role involves various customer-facing positions to ensure a positive experience for all attendees during events. Positions include Cashiers, Hawkers, Servers/Lodge Attendants, and Runners, each contributing to the smooth operation of game days.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Clean background check required
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (TX)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large crowds
- Reliable transportation to/from UTRGV
Responsibilities
- Handle point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately (Cashiers)
- Sell food/drinks directly to fans in the stands (Hawkers)
- Provide excellent guest service in lodge areas (Servers/Lodge Attendants)
- Assist with stocking, delivering, and supporting event staff (Runners)
