About The Position

Assigned to select Bethel Intercollegiate Athletic sports to serve on the BU Game Day Operations team. Assist the athletics staff and Game Day Operations Director with set up and tear down of select athletic events, game day specific roles (e.g., chain gang, ball shagger, doorman, ticket sales, floor sweeper, penalty box), creating and maintaining relationships with other student workers, and assisting in hosting any conference and national postseason events.

Requirements

• Must be a current Bethel University student.
• Must have been asked by a lead coach to apply.
• Must attend necessary meetings.
• Responsible for attending all home games for assigned sports (includes evenings, weekends, some afternoons and some break events).
• Must be adaptable to cover schedule changes.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
