About The Position

Student worker will help assistant in the Athletic Department with game day operations for various sports. Job Duties Include: Assist with home game preparations and operations for various sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball Game day operations, set-ups & breakdowns Assisting visiting teams & fans Operating scoreboard & music Assist with video and media production Manage will call and past lists Assist with general office duties. Depending on which sport and position, duties and duration time vary.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of Athletics, with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience using Microsoft office and Google Docs.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Responsible, dependable, with basic office skills
• Availability to work select weeknights and weekends.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
• Must be enrolled as a current full time student at Belmont University.
