About The Position

The Las Vegas Raiders Gameday Entertainment Department is looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are seeking a hands-on experience working for a professional sports team as an Gameday Entertainment Representative. Representatives will assist in all aspects of Raiders Gameday Entertainment including, but not limited to, pre-game rehearsals, on-field presentations, concourse activities, halftime shows and post-game events. The Gameday Entertainment Representative will gain exposure and knowledge in cohesive and collaborative teamwork, providing world-class hospitality, customer service, and overall game-day operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide world-class customer service and hospitality.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and conduct themselves accordingly while interacting with high-level talent, celebrities, players/coaches, and front office executives.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest’s needs.
  • Maintain poise in high-stress situations.
  • Organized, hardworking and has strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to walk, sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Must be available to work all Las Vegas Raiders home games.
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with check-in process and coordinating participants for game day presentations, promotions and/or entertainment at Las Vegas Raiders home games.
  • Assist in the execution of contests and promotions throughout all Raiders home games.
  • Assist with game day rehearsals and performances, including set-up and break down of equipment.
  • Maintain a positive outlook and approachable demeanor for guests.
  • Serve as a guest representative for venue information such as stadium layout, seating sections, and emergency activity procedures, as needed.
  • Gives consistent, polite, timely, and accurate information and service to all guests, taking the initiative to find the answer when unsure.
  • Anticipates, responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of guests including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Work cohesively with other departments to implement entertainment elements.
  • All other duties as assigned.
