About The Position

Gallery of Inspiration Assistant Part-Time Non - Exempt: 25 hours per week, offering a blend of weekday and weekend shifts to accommodate various community activities. This role allows for flexibility while making a meaningful impact. Pay rate of $16.00 per hour A little about us Community Counseling Center (CCC) is a private, charitable, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit behavioral health organization serving the public since 1974. CCC is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International and is certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH). Day to day as a Gallery of Inspiration Assistant As a new Gallery of Inspiration Assistant at Community Counseling Center (CCC), you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining art displays, interacting with visitors to provide information and support, and assisting with community events that promote mental wellness and creativity. You will also collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for gallery exhibits that align with our mission. You'll have the chance to work in a flexible environment that encourages personal growth and creativity, making each day a rewarding challenge. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining art displays
  • Interacting with visitors to provide information and support
  • Assisting with community events that promote mental wellness and creativity
  • Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for gallery exhibits
  • Assist with daily program operations, scheduling, and coordination with agency programs
  • Provide coverage when Program Manager is unavailable
  • Arrange and facilitate art lessons for consumers
  • Support the planning and facilitation of the Gallery activities, groups, and events
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop creative art concepts and projects
  • Assist in the promotion and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement of the art gallery
  • Conduct outreach and participate in art outreach events
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external program partners
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes
  • Support communication and coordination with other agency programs utilizing Gallery Services
