Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, children, and team members
Demonstrates patience, collaboration, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, child-centered environment while supporting a positive school culture

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field strongly preferred
T4 Certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred
