This position supports AMC workforce planning, organizational strategy, talent management initiatives, and Army People Strategy implementation.
Requirements
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Experience supporting Army workforce planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce and organizational planning initiatives.
- Develop strategic messaging and executive communications.
- Draft Army orders, policies, and implementation plans.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic planning activities across AMC organizations.
