About The Position

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project and/or Primavera P6 software
- Knowledge of the Autodesk suite, an asset
- Experience with BIM platforms, a major asset
- Proficiency in French is mandatory and bilingualism is considered an asset

Responsibilities
- Cost monitoring
- Supervision of site engineers/coordinators
- Negotiation and preparation of contracts and orders for subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiation and management of changes with the client and preparation of statements of work
- Work planning (weekly, monthly, etc.)
