Join us as a FX Prime Brokerage Client Services Associate Sitting within our Prime Brokerage Client Service team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients You’ll act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts This is a fast-paced front office role, in which you'll be providing proactive and high quality client service and customer experience, with a big focus on personal and professional development

Requirements

High analytical and numerate skills and experience in a finance or banking environment.
Experience in a client facing role.
A good understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla options and exotic options
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to promote a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills
A keen eye for detail
Solid planning and organisational skills

Responsibilities

Front to back coverage for allocated Prime Brokerage clients, leading client integration and managing all daily transactional activity, including booking, monitoring for exceptions and matching.
Monitoring client limit utilisation and increases where necessary.
Escalate high risk issues that will negatively impact client relationship or potential bank risk
Regularly review client processes and structures, providing regular updates to sales and management on potential issues, efficiencies, and changes
Coordinate the onboarding processes across our Legal, Credit, Collateral, Sales and Product
