The Main purpose of the FWRD Putaway Lead role is directing and coordinating the organized movement of incoming inventory from inbound teams to their designated storage locations within the warehouse. Solutions to ensure accuracy, streamlined workflow, optimization, and efficiency. The Process Innovation Analyst will assist and/or spearhead various projects and initiatives. A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Requirements

2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment
Putaway experience within a warehouse environment
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to communicate properly both in person and electronically
Ability to work in a team environment and give honest and direct feedback
Ability to work in the intensity of a high-volume inventory/processing system and upholding the highest accuracy standards
Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of order processing in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
Flexibility in regards to schedule

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish and English)
1+ years team leadership experience
Working knowledge of WMS

Responsibilities

Spearhead the putaway process for units coming from receiving, returns and various teams
Maintain high levels of storage accuracy
Precise slotting of high value inventory
Manage capacity within the facility so all inventory is put away in a timely manner
Troubleshoot location discrepancies and overstock situations
Lead team in coaching, pacing and hold employees accountable for speed and accuracy
Ability to train new employees on inner workings of inventory and it’s movement
