About The Position

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. The Laboratory Operations AI & Digital Transformation Intern will support the Capital Asset Stewards team within our Company's Research Laboratories. The intern will work with team members and stakeholders to understand current operational processes from both the Capital Asset Stewards and laboratory personnel perspectives. They will identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements, assess the effectiveness and ease of use of existing institutional knowledge and training materials, and develop a prioritized roadmap for future automation and digital transformation initiatives.
