Future IT Leaders - Recent Grad/Full Time (US Person Required)
About The Position
This role is part of the Future IT Leaders Program, a three-year rotational development program designed to support our future leadership pipelines. Early Careers complete three 12-month assignments across Corporate IT Shared Services, gaining broad exposure to different technology teams, business challenges, platforms, and ways of working. Through hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and progressive ownership, Early Careers develop the technical breadth, business perspective, leadership capabilities, and enterprise network needed to grow into future IT leadership roles. Honeywell Technologies is hiring Recent Graduates from Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs to join our technology teams. In this role, you will work with engineers, analysts, IT architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support digital solutions. Assignments may include developing applications or APIs, automating business and IT workflows, creating dashboards, or troubleshooting incidents. You will be expected to understand business needs and learn to translate them into practical technical deliverables, communicate progress clearly, and take increasing ownership of outcomes while learning from experienced team members. You’ll help solve real-world challenges and work with managers in your field on meaningful projects that directly relate to key Honeywell Technologies business goals.
