About The Position

This is not your typical internship. This position is only open to students graduating college in Spring 2027. This isn’t a between-semesters summer program. It’s an 8-week, paid launchpad exclusively for Spring 2027 graduates, designed to convert into a full-time job offer at the end. If you’re on track to graduate in Spring 2027, this is your on-ramp to a career at Steadily. Steadily's Future Graduate Internship Program is designed for graduating seniors (Class of 2027) who want real, hands-on experience at a fast-growing insurtech company. This career development opportunity begins with a paid, 8-week internship and fast-tracks you into a licensed insurance professional role. The program runs from June 7, 2027 to July 30, 2027. The top performing interns will be offered a full-time position at Steadily at the end of the 8 weeks and continue their career development. We repeat, only the top performing interns will get a job offer for a full-time position (read: we want and will only offer jobs to the best of the best). You will rotate through key business functions, including Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and Client Experience, to build a 360-degree understanding of our business. Through this hands-on program, you'll learn property and casualty insurance fundamentals while discovering how we evaluate risk, service policies, and manage the full customer lifecycle. You will also receive corporate skills training in communication, presentation, and time management, learn insurance industry fundamentals and product knowledge, and gain networking opportunities with professionals across the organization. You will also gain an understanding of workplace culture at a high-growth tech company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in hand by June 2027) in business, marketing, finance, economics, risk management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Above-average technical skills; learning new systems and tools comes naturally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ambitious and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a large workload, multi-task, and balance priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Preference given to candidates with 3.5+ GPA.
• Preference given to candidates with involvement in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Top of market pay + equity in a high-growth Series C company (Compensation post-internship varies by role type, however what is consistent is that our compensation structure includes a base salary + equity, and salaries start at $70,000 per year)
