About The Position
Honeywell Technologies has a top tier, proven development program for Accounting and Finance Graduates. Our Future Finance Leader’s Program is a comprehensive program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real situations to work on important projects and initiatives. You will receive formal training opportunities, coaching, mentoring, and networking to support your professional development and prepare you for a career within corporate finance at Honeywell Technologies. You will also gain exposure to multiple business lines and related responsibilities. Potential candidates have the opportunity to participate in three 18 months development rotations from across Honeywell Technologies Finance organization choosing from: Business Finance, Business Analysis, Controllership, Data Analytics, and Finance Specialists (Internal Audit, Treasury, Investor Relations). Each 18-month rotation has been carefully designed to help improve financial acumen and business knowledge and build an overall comprehension of Honeywell Technologies. Requirements
- Recent graduate in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be a US Person.
