About The Position

Primoris Services Corporation is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy, and renewables markets throughout the United States and Canada. Q3 Contracting (Q3C) is a division of Primoris Services Corporation, a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry. Q3C is actively hiring for both current and future opportunities within its pipeline construction operations for pipe fusers and pipefitters. This position is based out of the Commerce City office, with frequent travel throughout the Denver Metro Area.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Able to work outside in various weather conditions such as extreme heat and cold temperatures.
Must possess physical dexterity to be able to lift a minimum of 50 LBS and safely perform other physical work.
Able to travel on short-term basis.
Ability to obtain/maintain DOT medical card.
2+ years of fusion experience

Nice To Haves

Working experience in construction, or the utility distribution industry preferred, but not required.
Class A CDL is highly preferred, with endorsements.
Experience installing gas mainlines preferred

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain systems of pipes, specializing in plastic fusion
Perform quality control on pipe systems through tests, inspections, and safety standards
Maintain highly detailed documentation of piping systems and projects
