About The Position

Miller Pipeline has been a leader in building and maintaining America’s infrastructure as a premier underground pipeline construction and repair contractor since 1953. Our workforce is made up of highly trained and skilled employees totaling over 5,000 with office locations in 23 states. While continually investing in gas infrastructure programs, Miller Pipeline’s revenues have continued to grow year over year. We are accepting Fuser/Pipefitter applications on an ongoing basis. Fusers will position, align, and fit together pipelines for natural gas distribution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current DOT physical.
• At least one month related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or trade school certificate in related field.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Align and fuse pipe.
• Install pipe into ditch.
• Tie-in to live natural gas mains.
• Test and tap gas services and mains.
• Drive equipment to and from jobsite.
• Maintain safe work environment for workers and public.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Account for all tooling before leaving jobsite.
