Furniture Fair is seeking a motivated individual to join their Distribution Center in Fairfield as a Furniture Prepping Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring merchandise is ready for delivery and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Requirements
- Must be able to assist with lifting up to 250 lbs.
- Must be dependable and possess a Team Player attitude.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds while loading/unloading furniture carts, and other devices.

Responsibilities
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment and complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains a clean appearance and professional attitude in the presence of the customer.
- Prep the outgoing merchandise for delivery and properly inspect for damage and ensure items are completely ready to be loaded on a delivery truck.
- Operate the trash compactor and recycling machines as requested.
- Safely lift 50 pounds while loading/unloading furniture carts, and other devices.
