About The Position

Source One Installations is seeking a Furniture Installer to join their team. This is a full-time position offering consistent, year-round work with a predictable schedule. The role involves assembling and installing office furniture, reading layouts, and working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently. No prior experience is required as paid training will be provided, with a clear path to lead installer roles.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (or willing to learn)
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stage furniture at job sites
• Assemble and install office furniture (desks, cubicles, shelving, etc.)
• Read basic layouts and follow install plans
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Travel to job sites across the valley
