About The Position
SFS, Inc. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors for a flexible, part-time role supporting office supply store showrooms and in-store customer assembly projects. The work suits people with furniture assembly or hands-on installation experience who enjoy working independently and want control over their schedules and workload. Compensation is $16.75–$18 per hour for in-store showroom service, with piece-rate pay for assembly projects. Contractors can earn a $100 bonus after completing one three-week cycle and an additional $100 after completing two cycles (six weeks). DailyPay offers next-day access to earnings with free registration. Its services include merchandising, auditing, installation, and assembly projects.
Requirements
- Prior experience with furniture assembly, merchandising, or similar hands-on work.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation; local travel may be required.
- Personal tools required for assembly work.
- A smartphone and active email address for same-day reporting of completed work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and maintain showroom furniture displays to meet client standards.
- Complete customer assembly projects in-store accurately and efficiently.
- Follow detailed instructions for Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) products.
- Execute resets and maintain planogram compliance as needed.
- Complete work safely, neatly, and professionally.
- Submit same-day reports for completed assignments.
