About The Position

The Furnace Operator, reporting to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and logged recordings. This role involves loading and unloading furnaces according to recipe and alarm parameters, and providing additional support for part setting as needed. This is a 12-hour shift position with rotating weekends, working from 5 pm to 5 am. The schedule follows a pattern of two days on, two days off, three days on, three days off, and repeats.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. intermittently.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and work every other weekend.
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Stable work history.

• Experience in a production environment.
