About The Position

Seattle Boat is hiring for multiple Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Members to join them for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and on the water, and have a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and business management. Seattle Boat Co. has been a premier marine dealership for over 40 years, known for its excellent customer service and community contributions. Requirements

• 18 Years of age or older
• Commitment of your full summer
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included!)
• Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed
• Willingness to work summer holidays as assigned
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A good work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Boating experience
• A love for being on and around the water
• Prior experience working with POS systems

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team player with co-workers.
• Promote a fun and safe boating culture for boat club members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks.
• Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, and fuel dock customers.
• Operate powerboats ranging from 19’-25’ (training provided).
• Other duties as assigned.
