About The Position

Vantagepoint A.I. is seeking a seasoned Funnel Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience and expertise in GoHighLevel to own the entire marketing funnel, from initial ad impression to closed sale. This role involves building, automating, and optimizing customer journeys, creating and placing ads, building landing pages, capturing and nurturing leads, and re-engaging prospects. Requirements

  • GoHighLevel certified expert with deep, demonstrable expertise across the entire platform (funnels, websites, landing pages, workflows and automations, CRM and pipelines, email marketing, SMS marketing, calendars, memberships, reporting, and integrations).
  • 8+ years designing and implementing comprehensive funnel marketing campaigns with full funnel ownership.
  • 5+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including hands-on expertise with Facebook (Meta), YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated experience building and operating long-term lead nurture and re-engagement programs that drive to high-intent conversion events (webinars, consultations, demos, etc.).
  • Proven track record of continuous A/B and multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences with documented improvement in conversion metrics over time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expert level GoHighLevel proficiency: ability to architect and operate complex multi-step funnels, build sophisticated automation workflows with conditional logic, manage CRM data and pipeline stages, design and execute email/SMS campaigns, configure integrations and webhooks, build custom reporting, and operate the platform as a primary marketing system of record.
  • Proven track record creating and executing successful multi-channel funnel campaigns from ad to closed sale.
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook (Meta), YouTube, and Google Ads platforms including campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and operationalizing non-traditional lead channels such as investment newsletters, financial publications, sponsored placements, and affiliate or partnership relationships.
  • Strong sales psychology with deep focus on conversion, re-engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, GoHighLevel reporting).
  • Strong project management expertise to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Baseline understanding of the finance or fintech landscape.
  • Strategic thinker who can align tactical execution with broader business goals while maintaining creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate successfully across departments, especially with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire digital marketing funnel from first click to closed customer.
  • Build, place, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and additional ad networks.
  • Expand into alternative lead sources such as investment newsletters, financial publications, partnerships, sponsorships, and affiliate placements.
  • Create and continuously test ad creative across various formats (static, video, carousel) for hooks, copy, visuals, audiences, and offers.
  • Design, launch, and continuously test high-converting landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.
  • Capture leads cleanly into GoHighLevel with proper tagging, source attribution, and routing logic.
  • Build and operate multi-step email and SMS nurture sequences with continuous testing of various elements.
  • Deploy creative re-engagement sequences when sales cannot reach a lead.
  • Implement long-term nurture loops for prospects who did not buy after sales contact.
  • Drive prospects to webinars and 1-on-1 consultations as high-intent conversion events.
  • Monitor every stage of the funnel in real-time and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Conduct continuous A/B and multivariate testing on all funnel elements.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming funnel elements and implement rapid improvements.
  • Leverage GoHighLevel reporting and dashboards to track funnel performance, attribution, and revenue.
  • Report results to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Own the lead handoff to the sales team through GoHighLevel pipelines and automations.
  • Build feedback loops with sales to inform follow-on marketing actions.
  • Coordinate regularly with Sales Leadership to align messaging, lead flow, and conversion strategies.
  • Independently create all marketing assets, including ad creative, copy, landing pages, emails, SMS, automations, and reporting deliverables.
  • Align funnel strategies to broader sales and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive funnel execution.
