About The Position
Carnes Funeral Home is seeking an ambitious Funeral Sales Representative who is driven to hit their goals. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive compensation, with a typical annual earning of $60,000-$70,000 with no earning cap. The company provides lead generation programs, strategic marketing resources, and appointment setting support. Representatives will conduct meetings with clients, typically lasting 90 minutes, to plan final wishes. The role offers a unique opportunity for meaningful work in the community, with consistent regional and nationwide incentive programs, including the Precoa Escapes Sales Incentive Trips for you and your family. A dedicated team of over 50 agents will assist with appointment setting and client information, and field management provides organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
